In collaboration with Turco & Associates and Living Design Projects, GROUNDBITE delivered an exceptional landscape design for Aquila Residences—a collection of boutique villas. Elevated within the tranquil suburb of Moncrieff, directly across from Moncrieff Recreation Park, the project’s design thoughtfully integrates private exterior spaces with the broader landscape.

 

The result is a sophisticated, cohesive environment that enhances the residential experience through tailored outdoor living spaces, lush plantings, and harmonious connections to the surrounding parkland.
